Franchise Development Manager

This position reports to the President, Nexterus Franchising


  • Qualify inbound prospects and proactively generate candidates
  • Diligently respond to and follow-up with all franchise inquiries via phone, face-to-face meetings and email communication
  • Make consistent contact with each prospective franchise owner to establish bonding and rapport and general interest in a franchise purchase
  • Assist with marketing initiatives that drive qualified prospects
  • Speak passionately and knowledgably about the brand
  • Coordinate and guide candidates through the screening process, interviews, financial approvals, operations webinars, FDD reviews and discovery days


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in franchise sales
  • Knowledge of franchise rules and regulations
  • Must be able to make professional presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional time management skills
