Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Lead Generation: Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives by engaging decision-makers and understanding their business needs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and qualified opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
