Account Executive

This position reports to the Manager Corporate Sales and Accounts.


  • New business development: Build and manage sales pipeline of hundreds of qualified leads
  • Win multiple pieces of business per month in assigned territory (States of MD, DE and VA, WV and Washington, D.C.)
  • Construct proposals and preliminary statements of work for opportunities
  • Write and present statements of work to internal resources to convey scope of work purchased by clients
  • Track/assist as needed in ramp-up of new client engagements
  • Demonstrate collaborative working relationship with adjacent department resources


  • Sales acumen; at least 2 years of prior field sales experience is required
  • Must be able to make professional presentations to C-level executives
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring efficient prioritization of a diverse workload
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
